At the beginning of the event, Chairman Zhang Shaolong delivered an important speech. The chairman directly faced the integrity problems and unreasonable phenomena that existed in the company in the past, and seriously warned all employees to take warning and resolutely put an end to violations of integrity.

Subsequently, the integrity education and training session officially commenced. During the training, the instructor analyzed multiple real-world industry cases, clearly dissecting the potential chain reactions of integrity violations from the perspectives of individuals, families, and businesses. This allowed employees to intuitively understand the importance of maintaining an unbreakable integrity defense line, helping them accurately avoid integrity risks in their daily work and strengthen their professional ethics.

The most resonant and original intention-driven part of the event was the integrity oath ceremony held by each department. Participating colleagues took turns stepping forward to the stage, right hands raised high, expressions solemn, and resounding oaths pledging integrity.
