- Recently, the CONSMOS Group's 2025 Supplier Appreciation Conference was grandly opened. Supplier partners from all over the world, government leaders, and CONSMOS Group colleagues gathered together. We reminisced about the past fifteen years of working together and jointly drew up a blueprint for future cooperation. In the warmth of winter, we gathered a powerful force for mutual benefit and win-win results.
- Starting at 1:00 PM, the invited supplier partners arrived at the CONSMOS Group one after another, embarking on an immersive tour. Led by a dedicated tour team composed of CONSMOS Group employees, everyone walked into the more than 3,000 square meter office area, tracing the footsteps of the company's development and experiencing the modern office atmosphere and strong corporate culture.
- Afterwards, the supplier partners moved to the conference hall, where they stopped to sign in front of the themed registration wall and take photos. Staff presented each attendee with a carefully prepared gift bag – an exquisite ornament symbolizing good fortune and a bottle of custom-made CONSMOS red wine, each gesture brimming with Mingtuo's gratitude to its partners.
- At 3:00 PM, the conference officially commenced amidst rousing music. Zhang Shaolong, Chairman of CONSMOS Group, delivered a speech, extending the warmest welcome and sincerest gratitude to the government leaders and supplier partners present. He reviewed CONSMOS's 15-year development journey from its humble beginnings to its current leading position, emphasizing that every achievement is inseparable from the strong support and close cooperation of its supplier partners.

Government leaders also delivered speeches, highly praising CONSMOS Group's benchmark and leading role in foreign trade, industrial chain collaboration, and green and intelligent transformation. They mentioned that over the past 15 years, CONSMOS has grown from a local startup into a customs AEO-certified enterprise and a national high-tech enterprise, with annual exports exceeding 1 billion yuan for consecutive years, and its products sold to more than 130 countries and regions. Its development path is highly aligned with the upgrading direction of Linyi's wood industry.
At the meeting, representatives from CONSMOS Group's Purchasing Center, Quality Control Center, Finance Center, Sales Team, and outstanding suppliers delivered speeches in turn. They engaged in in-depth exchanges on topics such as quality control, compliant operation, collaborative efficiency, and innovative development, sharing valuable experiences in cooperation and expressing their firm determination to deepen collaboration and create a shared future.
Among them, representatives of outstanding suppliers shared their win-win stories with CONSMOS, from initial exploration to a deep partnership, demonstrating the profound friendship of "shared destiny and mutual trust" between the two parties.
The awards ceremony was divided into two parts: the afternoon session and the evening banquet. Ten awards were announced one by one, and 183 outstanding supplier partners received honors and recognition.
During the banquet, wonderful performances and exciting lucky draws took turns. A sand painting performance depicted the partnership between the company and its suppliers, a band performance ignited the atmosphere, and a saxophone solo and magic show brought surprises.
