To care for employees' physical and mental health and practice the corporate philosophy of "working efficiently and fruitfully, living healthily and happily", Linyi-based foreign trade enterprise Consmos recently launched a special traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) health care activity, enabling employees to experience professional TCM diagnosis and traditional herbal cultural services on site.
The event was held in a relaxed and lively atmosphere. Opening interactive sessions including vitality tapping exercises and fun games enriched employees' experience, effectively enhancing team communication and cohesion. Meanwhile, a suggestion collection wall was set up. Combined with a point incentive mechanism, it opens a convenient channel for employees to put forward opinions and builds a warm two-way communication platform between the enterprise and staff.
The activity specially invited Xing Nianguo, a professional expert from Linyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, to deliver a health lecture. Focusing on common workplace health problems such as irregular schedules, sedentary strain and excessive internal dampness, the expert explained health preservation knowledge of classical TCM prescriptions, shared simple home conditioning methods and solutions for optimizing diet and daily routines, and helped employees establish a scientific concept of health maintenance and disease prevention.
Following the lecture, two experience zones for TCM diagnosis and herbal handicraft making were officially opened. The expert team provided one-stop TCM services including one-on-one pulse diagnosis, acupuncture and massage, targeting and improving sub-health issues prevalent among workplace staff such as neck, shoulder and waist strain, poor sleep and qi-blood imbalance. The experts also answered employees' health questions and shared practical daily health preservation tips, attracting extremely high participation.
